For all the sweet tooth's like me, this is the perfect dessert cocktail to end the night with.
Serves 1
Caramel sauce
Chocolate ice cream
30ml vodka
30ml chocolate or coffee liqueur
Ice
Line the glass with caramel sauce (I just use storebought for this, easier to squeeze out of the bottle).
Add 2 scoops of ice cream to your glass.
In a cocktail shaker, shake together vodka, liqueur and a handful of ice, until you can't hear the ice anymore.
Strain drink into glass and enjoy!
