These cookies are dangerously moreish. They are rather large so make them for a bake sale or for when you have visitors otherwise be prepared to run a few miles after eating the whole plate!

Makes 12 90g brown sugar 90g caster sugar 45g cocoa powder 210g plain flour ½ tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 100g white chocolate drops 170g butter, melted 1 egg, whisked 2 tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven to 190°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place sugars, cocoa, flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate in a large bowl, add melted butter, egg and vanilla and mix gently to form a dough. Be careful not to over-mix. Measure slightly heaped tablespoons of dough and drop onto prepared tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Leave to cool on tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. As tempting as it is, the cookies will fall apart if you don't let them cool first.
